About our Pizzaman
The man behind our pies is Chef Son, he’s developed an ethos for simple honest flavors through his world-traveled journey as a chef. Son’s worked at establishments such as Union Square Cafe (New York), Amelia (Hong Kong), and Ryugin (Japan). Partnering with restauranteur Shakib Pasha and Beer Afficianado Charles Porter to create the trio behind Sonnys Pizza.
About the Pizza:
48 hour fermented dough, san marzano tomatoes, and custom-made toppings, that’s how we make our pies. A keen attention to detail, ratios, and using hand-kneaded techniques to make the perfect slice. Our pizzas are unique to Singapore for their hefty 18″ size, while still using only premium ingredients for each pie.
